Customer Service Executive
Greets and welcomes guests' as they arrive.
Checks guests' in and out for appointments.
Provides accurate and appropriate information to guests regarding services and rates.
Handle billing and cash
Manages database in Computer system
Responds to guest requests and handles guest issues or report complaints to management.
Promptly answers telephone in a professional and clear manner.
Effectively deals with internal and external customers, some of whom will require high levels of patience, tact, and diplomacy to defuse anger, collect accurate information and resolve conflicts.
Answers guest questions regarding area , outlet information and services.
Good communication skills
Fluent in English with multiple languages knowledge will be value added
Should have good computer knowledge
