Job Descriptions

  • Supervision of day to day Accounting and coordinate with Group Account team 

  • Update daily Banking Transaction and records the cheque in hand

  • Update daily petty cash and expenses

  • Takes overall responsibilities of spa daily operations 

  • Manages duty roasters, shifts and leaves and ensure smooth HR operations

  • Ensures timely reporting and communication with the Company

  • Analyses the sales of the company and projects plan for the business enhancement

  • Implements ERP with high accuracy of data entry

  • Promotes business through networking and Marketing activities

  • Ensures Periodical & Preventative maintenance of property 

  • Handles administrative part of the company i.e. Procurement, Cleanliness, maintenance

Job / Skill Requirement

  • Knowledge of receipt and payment

  • Knowledge of accounting & Finance

  • Should be proficient in Accounting Software, Excel, Marketing & Operations

  • Knowledge of accepted accounting practices and principles 

  • Good in delegating & management

  • Acquainted with the emerging digital trends.

  • Should be IT savvy and have good computer skills

  • Good in English, knowledge of other language will be value added
