Product Manager - (Retail Store)
Identify top selling and in-trend products that appeals to the customer
Identify product gaps in the category and source new products to ensure the best products at best prices in the market
Brings new products available in the market by analyzing proposed product requirements
Initiates and execute seasonal, promotional and sale campaigns and monitor the marketing efforts to ensure maximum visibility and sales
Ensures that the vendors are dispatching products on time and update the prices
Analyzes data to identify issues and areas for growth and work closely with vendors to improve performance
Assesses market competition by comparing the company's product to competitors' products.
Maintains product management staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
Facilitates inventory turnover and product availability by reviewing and adjusting inventory levels
Obtains product market by working with sales director to develop product sales strategies.
Coordinates on products pricing.
Experience in Retail Business Industry ( Beauty and Fashion/Cosmetics/IT/Home accessories)
Knowledge of Product management and product development
People management and customer research
Requirements analysis including pricing and planning
